Primære ansvarsområder og målsætninger

Ansvar for at drive og videreudvikle partnerskaber. Du er den troværdige rådgiver, der identificerer muligheder for at udvide samarbejdet og styrke de langsigtede relationer med mediebureauer og annoncører.

Vækst. Du skal skabe en vækst på dine eksisterende kunder ved at finde nye muligheder for samarbejde. Vi sætter i fællesskab en konkret målsætning og plan for dette. 

Skabe nye relationer. Vi forventer, at du - gennem netværk eller opsøgende salg - selv finder nye kunder, allerede inden for dit første års ansættelse. 

Være proaktiv og idérig. Du skal levere kampagneoplæg, der er databaserede, effektfulde og overgår kundernes forventninger.

Fingeren på pulsen. Vi forventer, at du holder dig opdateret om nye trends og muligheder inden for medier og digital udvikling.

Salgserfaring: Du skal kunne dokumentere erfaring med salg og kundehåndtering, med et stærkt fokus på resultater og kundetilfredshed.

Løsningsorienteret: Du er god til at holde hovedet koldt, og søger altid at finde en god løsning på uforudsete bump på vejen, så vi sikrer at alt kører som planlagt og forventet.

Client Manager - Concept X

This agreement sets out the division of responsibilities between [Partner Name] (“Partner”) and Concept X ApS (“CX”), individually referred to as a “Joint Data Controller” and jointly referred to as the “Joint Data Controllers”, in relation to a joint controllership pursuant to Article 26 of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) as described below.

1. Joint Controllership in Relation to the Digital Partnership

1.1. This Agreement defines the respective responsibilities of the Joint Data Controllers in relation to the processing of personal data within the context of the digital advertising partnership (“Digital Partnership”).

1.2. Both parties agree to jointly determine the purposes and means of processing in accordance with Article 26(2) of the GDPR.

1.3. Data subjects may exercise their rights under the GDPR with regard to and against each individual Joint Data Controller.

2.1. Partner and CX will jointly use a Consent Management Platform (CMP) on Partner’s digital properties to collect user consents and transfer Shared Personal Data between parties.

2.2. Shared Personal Data includes, but is not limited to:

Unique user identifiers (e.g. cookie IDs)

2.3. CX will process this data for targeting and managing advertising activities on Partner platforms.

3.1. Each Joint Data Controller is responsible for ensuring a valid legal basis exists for processing, including consent or legitimate interest, as defined by GDPR.

3.2. Both parties are accountable for GDPR compliance and must ensure data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently.

4.1. Partner is responsible for ensuring valid user consent is obtained via CMP.

4.2. Partner handles erasure and objection requests from users and notifies CX as needed.

4.3. Each Joint Data Controller must respond to privacy-related inquiries addressed to them, within the legal time frame.

5.1. CX ensures lawful sharing and processing of Shared Personal Data and discloses joint controllership in its privacy policy.

5.2. CX shall respond to user rights requests and notify Partner of relevant updates.

5.3. CX is responsible for maintaining accuracy and purpose limitation.

6.1. Partner must cease processing if no valid legal basis exists.

6.2. Partner must disclose joint controllership in its privacy policy and ensure CX is properly listed in CMP.

7.1. Each party is responsible for handling regulatory inquiries and data breaches affecting their respective responsibilities.

7.2. The discovering party must notify the other if a breach relates to joint processing.

8.1. Each party is individually responsible for conducting DPIAs as required under Article 35 GDPR.

9. Additional Data Protection Obligations

9.1. Both parties must maintain Article 30 processing records.

9.2. Appropriate technical and organisational measures must be implemented and documented under Article 32 GDPR.

10.1. Any transfer of personal data to third countries must comply with Chapter V of GDPR.

10.2. Appropriate safeguards must be in place for such transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses if applicable.

11.1. The agreement takes effect from the date CX begins processing personal data for the Digital Partnership.

11.2. It remains in effect as long as such processing continues and terminates with the underlying Digital Partnership.

12.1. Each party is individually liable for its own breaches and there is no joint liability.

13.1. This Agreement supplements or constitutes a standalone agreement between the parties on joint data processing.

13.2. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest of the agreement remains valid.

13.3. Amendments or waivers must be made in writing.

14.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Denmark.

14.2. Disputes shall be resolved in the City Court of Copenhagen, unless an alternative dispute resolution method is agreed.

15.1. This Agreement is effective upon signature by both Joint Data Controllers.

In a move that surprised no one paying attention to Big Tech’s trajectory, Google recently confirmed it will no longer roll out a user choice prompt for third-party cookies in Chrome.

This long-promised feature was meant to give users more control over their privacy. Its quiet cancellation now adds to a growing pattern where convenience and profit take precedence over openness and user empowerment.

Anthony Chavez, Google’s VP of Privacy Sandbox, framed the decision as the result of careful consideration:

"We’ve made the decision to maintain our current approach to offering users third-party cookie choice in Chrome and will not be rolling out a new standalone prompt."

Translation: providing real choice might hurt business, so it’s safer to stick with the status quo.

Chavez noted "divergent perspectives" in the ecosystem as part of the rationale. And of course there are. Those who benefit from surveillance-based models rarely align with those advocating for user rights and transparency.

This decision is particularly ironic when viewed through the lens of Google's original ethos. Many of us remember when "Don't Be Evil" was more than just a catchy slogan – it was the cornerstone of Google's identity and corporate philosophy.

The motto originated in Google's early days when the company was making its first deals to monetize search. As former Google executive Marissa Mayer recounted, an engineer named Amit Patel was concerned about potential compromises to Google's integrity. He wrote "don't be evil" on a whiteboard before a business meeting, and the phrase stuck, eventually becoming Google's unofficial mantra.

In those simpler times, "Don't be evil" meant straightforward principles: don't let advertisers buy their way to the top of search results, don't charge people to find information, don't spam users with banner ads.

Fast forward to 2018, and Google quietly moved "don't be evil" from the top of its code of conduct to the very end - a symbolic relegation that mirrors the company's shifting priorities. By 2025, with decisions like abandoning the user choice prompt, it seems the motto has been further diluted to "Don't be evil... unless it impacts quarterly earnings."

A campaign that positioned Stimorol as a bold, innovative brand while authentically connecting with Gen Z values. Schulstad sought to position its Signaturbrød as a premium choice for special occasions, particularly Danish Christmas lunches, where tradition reigns supreme. The challenge was to shift perceptions and showcase Signaturbrød as a convenient, high-quality alternative to homemade or bakery bread.

Using native advertising, we placed Schulstad Signaturbrød at the heart of an emerging trend: styling festive tables and traditional dishes. Through high-quality visuals, recipes, and storytelling, we didn’t just present the bread; we positioned it as an integral part of premium, modern Christmas celebrations. Big thanks to Publicis for their collaboration in bringing this vision to life.
